This Declaration is issued by RAK FITNESS CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand BeastLife, in furtherance of the Company's transparency initiative and public Trust Campaign published on the official website.
Objective & Scope
The Company believes in transparency, authenticity, and scientific validation of all product label claims. This Challenge is intended for regular consumers — individuals purchasing BeastLife products for personal, non-commercial purposes ("Challenger"). It is not intended for influencers, celebrities, professional content creators, or commercial entities.
1A. Special Conditions for Influencers, Public Figures & Content Creators
If a social media influencer, public figure, celebrity, YouTuber, brand, or professional content creator chooses to participate, the following financial conditions apply:
- If Participant Wins: Company pays ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) to the Participant, subject to applicable taxes.
- If Participant Loses: Participant pays ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) to the Company within 30 days. By participating, the Participant expressly accepts this condition.
Company Assurance
The Company undertakes that all label claims are based on internal quality standards, batch testing, and supporting laboratory documentation, and that it maintains lab reports and quality verification processes for all products.
If any Challenger successfully proves through a valid NABL-accredited lab report that a BeastLife product materially fails to meet its declared label claims (beyond permissible FSSAI tolerance), the Company shall pay a reward of ₹10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs).
Conditions for Valid Challenge
- Product must be purchased from the official BeastLife website or an authorised e-commerce platform.
- Product must be from a sealed and untampered batch.
- Testing must be conducted only at an NABL-accredited laboratory.
- Lab report must establish a material deviation from declared label claims.
- Challenger must provide: proof of purchase, batch number, unopened retained sample (if requested), original lab report, and chain-of-custody details.
- The Company reserves the right to independently procure the same batch for counter-verification.
Verification Process
- The Company shall conduct an internal review and may request sample submission.
- The Company may independently obtain and test a matching batch sample through an NABL lab.
- Both reports may be compared, assessed, and the entire process disclosed publicly in the interest of transparency.
Reward Payment by Company
If the Challenger's allegations are conclusively established and the Company's label claims are proven materially false, the Company shall release a reward of ₹10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs) following completion of verification and execution of necessary legal documentation.
Reciprocal Liability of Challenger
Any public allegation or statement must be based on genuine testing and bona fide intent. If independent testing establishes that allegations are false, misleading, defamatory, or scientifically incorrect, the Challenger shall be liable to pay ₹10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs) to the Company within 30 days via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or account payee cheque, per Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The Company additionally reserves all rights under applicable civil and criminal law.
Non-Disparagement
The Challenger shall not publish or circulate misleading, edited, incomplete, sensationalized, or defamatory content regarding the Company or its products prior to completion of the verification process.
Limitation & Reservation of Rights
The Company reserves the right to reject incomplete claims, seek additional testing, appoint independent experts, refuse claims involving tampered or counterfeit products, and initiate legal proceedings in case of fraudulent or malicious claims.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Declaration is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India. By participating in the Trust Campaign or submitting any claim, the Participant expressly agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Participation constitutes a binding contract between the Participant and the Company.
