Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Beastlife will not accept returns or exchange of merchandise or any  product purchased directly from Beastlife through the Site. Return will only be accepted only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The merchandise/product must be received by Beastlife within 3 days after your delivery date; no returns will be accepted after this time period. 
• You must provide a full and complete video of the unpackaging of the product. 
• You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site. 
• Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging. Unpackaging video is must if the product comes damaged in any way.  

Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days after your package has been received by us to complete your refund process.
